The Fashion Trends For Winter 2019/2020!

Winter is the best season because it gives us girls an excuse to thrown on a pair of jeans and some oversized hoodie for the day. There is no effort needed because practicality is what’s important during the cold season. All we really want is to feel out appendages when we leave the house and not have to come back a Popsicle.

But then again, it isn’t actually impossible to be stylish WHILE being protected from the cold. Here are the trends for Winter 2019/2020!

Fuzzy Outerwear

The classic puffers and parkas beat the cold and keep you warm, yes, but if you want to level that up to something more fashionable, then go for a faux fur coat. The ideal colour to go for would be the neutral tones. They make you feel like a million pounds. And the best part? You get to stay warm and comfy throughout the day.

Fleece EVERYTHING

Every brand that has made a name for themselves have fleece as one of their items now because of a fleece movement started by Sandy Liang. You could cover yourself from head to toe with fleece because of the items these brands are selling and you would still stay fashionable and warm all day, until the next day where you change into a different outfit.

Dresses with Two Tones

If you can’t decide what dress-colour to wear on those slightly warmer winter days, then luckily, two-toned dresses exist. You won’t have to worry about the dress that only has one colour. A dress that has two is what’s trending for this coming winter. You can decide what KIND of dress you want, as long as there is two colours on it.

Leather Separates

Leather has this magical power of making us feel warm and comfy when we wear them. Unless you wear them in the summer, that is. In winter though, they are your best friends. If every article of clothing you wear is leather then you would not only look awesome and looked as if you walked out of a modelling agency, you would also feel warm in the cold weather.

Combat-Hiker Boots

No one wants cold toes. Snow is especially cruel to our feet since we have no choice but to step on them. What’s worse is that if you aren’t wearing the proper footwear, then you would be suffering from wet shoes. Go for combat-meets-hiker boots. They will keep the snow off your toes and you get to walk around taller and looking cooler than everyone else.

Winter sucks for the people who don’t like to suffer in the cold. The only good part about it is that you get to have an excuse to finally wear the long-sleeves and hoodies that have been storing up in your closet all year.
